A few months ago I sat and watched the ugliest dog show on Animal Planet and most of the dogs looked like that picture.
The owners even said "only a face a mother could love".

I dont have a picture, but picture this...
A dog the size of a chihauhu, NO hair on it body(imagine petting skin), and the only hair it does have is a poof on its head and a little bit on its tail....
