I think that's the dog than won some "Ugliest Dog In The World" contest a few years ago. I believe it died recently, but I may be wrong on that.

A few months ago I sat and watched the ugliest dog show on Animal Planet and most of the dogs looked like that picture.

The owners even said "only a face a mother could love".

That is a Chinese Crested. She won the World's Ugliest dog contest at one time. I also heard she passed away.

I dont have a picture, but picture this...

A dog the size of a chihauhu, NO hair on it body(imagine petting skin), and the only hair it does have is a poof on its head and a little bit on its tail....
