Read the back of the bag, that is your best source for what is ACTUALLY in the food. The ingredients are listed by what is most in the food to what is least...so if one of the first ingredients is a meal of some kind or ground something or other you know the food is crap. Sad to say MOST of the dog foods you by in stores ARE crap...
