If Bones walks over to me and crawls up on me when I'm sitting on the floor or on a sofa, she will sometimes straddle my leg with her front feet on one side and back feet on the other, tummy resting on me. She will then stand at attention like that for a while watching whatever's happening around her (usually it's my boyfriend playing with Spock, but sometimes she just intently watches whatever's happening on TV, and sometimes, nothing at all is happening!).
