A lot of beagles do that. It is usually allergies. When you have your next vet visit, ask about it. Some people give their beagles Benedryl for it, including me, but I would consult the vet first for dosage and to make sure it is not something else.

Could just be allergies. I usually wipe the tears with warm water and a napkin. Keep an eye on it just to be sure its only tears and not a discharge.

My beagles have always had a seepy eye. As long as it's not swollen or look infected, I would not worry at all. It's like a kid with a runny nose, what ya ganna do? lol

Both of our beagles tear from both eyes. Of all the vets we've been too, especially for Daisy (long story) the tearing has never been a concern.
