OK, you have no idea how true this is. Chloe was eating her dinner when I started playing with one of her toys in my hand. I forgot that she has the habbit of "checking" on me every few minutes, I guess just to make sure she doesn't miss out on anything.... /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/nono5.gif

Anyhow, she spotted me with the toy, and immediately came running, grabbed it from my hands and went back to eat. She just put it next to her bowl and guarded it while eating.... /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/greendevil.gif

This is weird though. When I just start saying the word "drop", it doesn't take her more than a second to give it back... /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/PuppyEyes.gif

Like Chloe, my Kioko is a very VERY reliable "drop"per, but she reserves the right to pick it right the heck back up after she's dropped it!

This is SO true. Every SINGLE toy my daughter plays with is better than whatever Kioko has, and she feels it's a moral imperative to lay my daughter out flat if necessary to take the toy away and keep it for herself.

Stinker dog!
