I didn't see the show but, from experience, I know beagles can out think a lot of people.

Sometimes we just have to consider the source of dumb comments.

Beagles are VERY intelligent dogs, along with stubborn and willful. They are independent thinkers. You give a beagle a command aka request, they decided whether to obey.

The only thing stupid about beagles is the comments from people don't have a clue.
