I haven't been on much recently since I'm super busy with school, so I decided to give an update on little Banjo. I have made a picture timeline from when he was 4 weeks old until this past Monday, on which he turned 14 weeks old.

What a joy it has been to watch Banjo grow these past 10 weeks. I can't think of anything that truly makes me happier.

4 Weeks Old: These were taken at the breeder's home. We picked him out at 2 weeks, but unfortunately did not take pictures. He reminded me of a little guinea pig then.

We went and visited him every 2 weeks until we were able to take him home.

Here's Banjo is at 7 weeks old:

Now moving on to 8 weeks old:

Here's jumping to 11 weeks:

Banjo is just magnificent! I love seeing how their markings and coloring change as they grow up. Banjo's black spot on his head has turned brown in such a short time. You will treasure your picture timeline as Banjo grows up.

He has 2 brothers and 5 sisters!!! I actually have a picture of the litter at 4 weeks (minus him, because I was holding him).

Banjo's mom is a tri-color, his dad was a lemon.

I love those pictures! Banjo is one of the most gorgeous Beagle's I've ever seen. He's simply adorable. I love his markings. They've changed so much already! I just want to pick him up and hug him! The one of Banjo swimming is great and I love the first one in the second set.

I agree with everyone else - ALL beagle puppies are adorable but Banjo just has a little something extra and he isn't losing it as he grows up! I especially love the spot on his head (originally black, now going brown) and how the markings are different around each of his eyes... I think his spotted markings are called open tri, correct? Whatever it is called, he is an adorable specimen of it!!

Nice pic timeline! That kid is going to get BIG! My boy started out small just like him, only 5 lbs at 8 weeks (the minimum legal age of adoption here) and in the ensuing 9 months he's grown to 28 lbs, 14 at the shoulder, and he still looks like a puppy! I am wondering if he's going to ever stop growing, he towers over my girl beag who is 2 yrs old and only 23 lbs.

Banjo is a very odd beagle. He actually likes the water (in any form... baths, rain, etc.). After falling in for the first time and realized it wasn't so bad, he now goes in at his own leisure.

I know Beagle's are prone to ear infections so we don't let him in much.
