Be carefull when selling around christmas time people will by puppies at that time with out thinking about what there getting in to. Whizzer was once somones chrismas puppy and we ended up getting him at 14 weeks. Make sure people who take them really are in it for the long run.Quote:Originally posted by beagletails:
My husband may never let me do this again. We are expecting our litter any day now and I can see him losing his patience with me when all the little ones start being vocal like your little pups. I sure am glad puppies are so cute because that is what helps a person overlook the days when they wake you up every few hours with their whines and howls.
Are you having success finding homes for your precious pups? We have a couple lined up and the litter isn't even here yet so I am feeling confident we will find homes pretty quickly. Our pups will be ready to go to their new homes by the end of November, first week of December. We are willing to hold them until Christmas for those people that want us too, but I am going to discourage it since it is hard on the puppies to join a new family when there is so much activity.
Thanks so much for keeping us updated on your litter. They are all as cute as can be.
We have a few people who are interested in the pups. We have someone interested in Butterscotch and I am fine with that. She is such a sweet pup and I will be happy for my husbands friend to take her. My brother is interested in one of the boys. We are so set on making sure that the pups go to responsible loving homes. It will break my heart when they leave and I don't want to ever regret a decision to give one of the pups away to a home that is not good for them. My husband is trying to get someone we know (really well..lol) to take Moose. My husband would keep Moose if he could but we cannot have more than two beagles. We would lose our babysitter if we got another dog. If I had to keep a pup I would not be able to choose just one. All the girls are so sweet. I would have to keep one of them. It is a good thing we don't have any more land or we would have a beagle plantation. 101 Beagles!!! ...lol.Quote:Originally posted by beagletails:
