We are back from our annual Thanksgiving Jamaica trip. We had our dog sitter again this year. She spends the night at our house and comes back during the day to check on them.

We were gone for 10 nights. Our doggies were very good for the dog sitter. (Except Sadie got her up too early in the mornings) They did not find anything to bark at in the yard in the early mornings the entire time she was there. This is how it has been in past years too. This morning though, they found something to bark at. Could they be getting on these scents and barking early in the morning somehow for our benefit? Maybe protecting us, but not the dog sitter? It is strange.
