I found that yesterday as well, but after the last horrific "beagles as bait" story I posted yesterday I just couldn't take any more for a bit.

I knew Quebec has very lax puppy mill laws, but apparently it is even worse than that...

Sounds like Air Canada listened - they have stopped the beagle shipments.
