At work today, we got gingerbread houses in. I got inspired by them. I make dog treats for Jersey. I thought I could make her a gingerbread house using the pumpkin biscuit recipe I have. I was thinking of using melted carob chips and plain yogurt chips to make the "icing". I was thinking of making it like a dog house and smaller than a regular gingerbread house. My friends at work, as well as Mike, think I've really lost it. Aunt Mary thinks it's a cute idea. Have I really gone over the edge now?
Does anyone know how to make icing using yogurt or yogurt chips without sugar? I know it can be done, I just don't know how. Would it be better to use the yogurt chips and just melt them like you would chocolate chips for fudge?
