Sorry to pester y'all about Goober...But our vet
"thinks" Goober needs a 3 yr rabies shot!!! That
would place him in the nearly 18 to 19 year old
range!I love him dearly, & I hope he lives that
long!!!

I volunteer for a rescue and whenever people ask me how long a beagle can live, I tell them about Goober. I think he has helped several people go ahead and take a chance on a middle aged dog. I hope you have many more good years with him.

Thanks Jassy! I love talking about him to anyone
that is thinking about adopting / purchasing a
dog! He has been the smartest one we ever had...
but the previous ones were "not slackers"! Goober
was the first beag purchased from a breeder by me,
"but I had been pre-trained" by Snapper & Duke!
"Homer-the-Huge" may be a Greyhound/Walkerhound
mix...but he was raised by Goober & acts like a
giant Snapper that was a fox terrier/beagle but Homer is a wuss when it comes to hunting, but he
is a fearless defender of our home & Goober when
I leave the house! :thumbup:
