Default Any tips to stop my Beagles from eating poop?

I am at my wit's end! We have tried a few things - pineapple, specific supplements and nothing works. Does anyone out there have the same trouble with their Beagles?

Yep...lol
Believe me I've tried everything. My vet prescribed an expensive medication called "Forbid"..completely useless. Save your money. Tried spinach, pineapple...blah blah blah...nothing works. Ive gotten to recognize when i think my dog is ready to poop and I haul A** to get outside to pick it up as shes going..i tell my dog...LEAVE IT every time!
If my husband sees it happen he gets apoplectic.
I dont believe any suggestions that its some lack of mineral or such in the diet.
Just learn to run fast and have paper towels strategically placed for a fast grab. No point getting to it and have nothing to pick it up with.

Lol, thanks guys! I'm just getting tired of spending my days watching for them to poop or rushing them inside if I don't have time to watch for them to poop. The phrase "LEAVE IT" is my best friend too! Only reprieve there is is when they both have pooped and I know I have a few hours before the next one ;-) Then there's days where I just give up and I go out there and there are piles uneaten. I just don't get it!

Neb is not an habitual poop eater but does enjoy occasionally dining on found feces. I have, after two bad experiences, learned not to reach into his mouth if he's grabbed something off the ground and is chewing it.

He's not consistent at least. Ahhh, beagles! Xerxes had better not get any ideas!

Both of mine are really into it and it's so gross. The only two things that work are to pick it up (fast) as they go to to yell leave it and get there before the other dog does. As gross as it is, it's common and nothing to really worry about.

Cassie can twist her body around, while going, to try and get it before I do. The gardener was trying to tell me something while I was diving in to pick up the poop...lol.

I call it the "poop and spin". Molly can actually poop while spinning in circles so she can get it before Oliver or me. Brat!

I always walk my dogs out on a leash to go potty and pick up right away. Works like a charm.

Cassie goes out at night on a leash otherwise shes too busy listening to sounds, smells, and wants to bark.
