Exclamation Pink spot under nose?

Hi guys, so recently a pink area started to show just under Lucas nose, i touched it and it doesn't seem to bother him or make him scratch that area. Should I be concerned about it ? Maybe take him to the Vet ?
Thanks in advance !

I would just keep an eye on it. Looks like he might have rubbed a spot raw sniffing at something. One of my beagles used to bury things with her nose and would get spots like that on top of her nose.

Mollys Mom said what I think too. My dog has rubbed the black off of a large spot once and it grew back pretty quickly.
