Default What is it?

Cassie has this small hard growth on her front paw. Its difficult looking at it since she moves away when I try to hold her paw. Doesn't look like a bite...guess I'll have to make a vet visit. Any ideas?

tried to add picture but had no idea so didn't happen. Odie recently had a plasma cell tumour that looked very similar.. only difference was odie's was red/pink in color. we had it removed and it was benign as most are. His was on his chest

Looks sort of like the sebaceous adenomas Rascal had although hers were lobed.

Looks like what I call a beagle wart.

I was going to say a sebaceous cyst maybe? Neb had one on one of his paws that eventually disappeared/sloughed off. But there's a few things it could be.

Autumn has one on her head. My Vet took a sample of it and it was fine. She said as long as it's not bothering her it is ok. If she ever has dental work they could take it off.

You guys made me feel better. Cassie has a scheduled wellness visit at the end of August so I'll get the vet to look then... Sounds like its rather common. If it grows bigger then probably good to remove it since she licks her paws occasionally.

Oh yeah she'll be in soon then. I agree, keep an eye on it until then.
