Default #6...lol

Cassie was quietly curled up in her dog bed looking like a good girl. But. Noooo, when she got up the evidence was clear. She chewed on the bed and stuffing was coming out.
Why #6? That's the 6th bed she has done that to over the years. But not to worry...the little darling got a new one this morning. I usually stitch but it has more holes than shown in the picture. Merry Christmas Cassie!
Check out the damage...

Xerxes destroyed his bed. He likes Luc's bed, but generally sleeps in our bed. Luc passed away Tuesday (WAHHHHHHHHHH) so we will see whether this means Xerxes spends more time in his bed and it gets subsequently eaten. Hoping not

That little stinker! Molly is a quiet ripper too. She used to destroy every bed we got her but gave up on that a few years ago. Now it's just stuffed toys.

Thanks. Today was my first day back at work but it's tough at home tonight. Good to distract myself here and read about dogs other than Xerxes who eat their beds!

I can not count how many beds Odie has destroyed over his 91/2 years with us. He is also a blanket chewer. All his blankets have holes.

I had to put a towel on Billy’s bed otherwise he would have destroyed it by now....well, probably.

He gets pretty worked up on it, like tries to “dig” it...lol, flip it over and geab thw bottom and of course chewing.

He already made a hole on his fave toy.
Is it ok to stich it or just garbage?

I stitch with heavy thread but this one was toast. I bought extra large pillow cases on line to put the beds in to. But this smartie figured out how to get "inside" instead of "on"...so the purpose was useless. Heres cassie inside the pillowcase.

Told you to buy the envelope type! They go over the end and wrap around. So look for some on sale in the white sales after Xmas and try a pair!
