thank you so much, each and every one of you, for your kind words, for sharing your own feelings, and for your empathy. it really warms my heart.
to know that you all now share a little bit of my memory of isaac, by caring enough to respond and acknowledge his passing, really really means alot to me. i am still struggling, but trying to deal as best i can. life goes on, i smile, i laugh, and i work, but the hole in my heart is still there and will be for a long time, as you all would understand. i hope one day i can reach a place where i feel able to bring another beagle, or two, into our home. thanks again x |

I am from UK but my wife and I decided that we will live in the Philipines and we can't bring babes, she's been our cute huge dog for 5 years, And so we look for another family that will take care of her, after a few months the family who took care of babes gave us a call and informed us that she was so ill, maybe she really miss us so bad and she died just last week. I am very sad here, I am here in the philippines and I was not even able to see her for the last time

You do not have to apologize for how much you have loved Isaac. We understand believe me. When we lost Chipper, we couldn't look at another dog, without bursting in to tears. Chipper has been gone for three years now, and we still talk about him, and shed a tear over him. It is the single hardest thing we ever had to do, and we were lucky enough to be there with him. You didn't get to have that, and that part maybe part of why it is so hard to let the healing begin. I'm so sorry....so very sorry. It helped us greatly to go through pics of Chipper, and make a book of them, telling funny, naughty, hysterical things about him. Did you get a chance to see Isaac after he passed away? If not, find the best pic, and blow it up so you have that memory of him there too. Again I am so sorry....the vet should have called you immediately in my estimation.....that's what makes it even harder to understand and accept. All my love and hugs come to you.
