New here - introducing me and Zeb

Hi - before I tell you anything about myself I will tell you about my beagle, Zebulon (Zeb). He is 6 1/2 years old. I rescued him from a shelter when he was 6 weeks old. He stole my heart by putting his little head in my neck when I picked him up for the first time. Potty training was a breeze. He never even once poo'd in the house. Zeb's favorite activity is to bark at a cat he may see. He also loves to shake his gator toy. Napping is a favorite past time.

Now for me - I have been married for 32 years to my high school sweetheart. We have 2 children who are married to wonderful spouses. We have 2 darling baby granddaughters. I am disabled, but I used to work as an ER receptionist/unit clerk before I got fibromyalgia. You can see my interests in my profile.

I don't get out of the house much, so I'm interested in getting to know some pals. Thanks for reading my post.

Hey Millie and Zeb, Welcome and be sure to post some pictures of Zeb. I love pictures of beagles!!! Your intro of Zeb sounds very familiar !! Not sure but I think the primary profession of my beagles is napping !! Followed by barking at the deer and occasionally a wild turkey. I'm so happy so many beagles are family members rather than just hunting dogs. Look forward to more of your posts.

Thanks for the welcome. I don't have many pictures of Zeb. He is so afraid of the camera. Whenever I get it out he walks away. I will see what I can find.

Hi Millie and Zeb - welcome to Beagle World. Sounds like Zeb is part of a wonderful family, how neat that you got him so young from a shelter! My girls were both about 2 years old when I got them from the shelter.
