Hi peeps! I am Mark from Manila, Philippines. I own a 3 year old male beagle. I am a huge fan and toy collector of the Lord of the Rings movies so I named him Sam aka Samwise the beagle!

Unfortunately he is overweight now (32 kilos.) My vet prescribed a diet plan and his currently enjoying his Royal Canin Obesity Management food.

Sam was an absolutely adorable puppy and gee he has kept his colur well.

I am so very glad to hear that you have started to reduce his weight as if you can get him back to a "Normal" weight it will certainly improve his longevity.

Give SAM a big cuddle and kiss from me.

Thanks for the appreciation guys, yeah I am extra taking care of him now and hopefully he will be in normal weight in no time. In fact, here are some pics of him when I brought him with me during my boxing workout yesterday:
