Default Black tooth

Hi! Well, I've noticed that Gunner has lost 2 teeth. There is one tooth that has turned blackish that has not fallen out yet. Is this normal or do I need him to see the vet? Thanks

Black sounds pretty bad, I would get it checked out. Bad teeth and gums can cause other medical issues.

I agree with the others. This is not something you want to mess around with. My puppy also has teeth that have not fallen out. The adult teeth came in around them. The vet has already told me they will need to be pulled, in the future. It isn't an emergency at this point, but could cause a problem down the road.

Your pup's tooth being black sounds more urgent.

Yay! Tooth fell out.might've been a damaged tooth . It was more grayish dark than black.
