Question Bloated puppy

Yesterday for Christmas dinner I thought I would give Millie a treat so I brought her wet tin food for puppies as she normally eats dry food. She gulped it down in seconds so seemed to really enjoy it, then I looked at her 5 minutes later her tummy was huge...really sticking out at the sides like she's was overly bloàted. I was very worried but she didn't seem to be in pain and I could rub her belly with out any problems from her. I was very concerned for hours and she spent the next couple of hours farting (which isn't unusual for her anyway lol) and she did a couple poos and eventually her stomach went back to normal size. Today she's been fine, back on her normal diet and no signs of bloating.

Has anybody else experienced this? Should I take her to the vets about it? Maybe she is allergic to wet food? She is a very gassy dog and often farts (lovely smelly ones) but I've never seen her bloat like that before.

I know I ask a lot of questions, I just want to get things right thanks

Probably just the 1 day change in food.
If she were allergic she would be itching too.

You said she "gulped" it down so it could be she ate fast and inhaled a lot of air along with the fact the food may have caused some gas. Was it a lot that she ate? I would say if you find some food she eats like the dry then I would stick with it. It has taken 9 months of many different foods to finally get with one my Beag will eat.
Don't worry about asking a lot of questions as we all have them too
