Seizures

So Jack has been having seizures and we brought him to the vet about a month ago and they put him on Zonisamide, 3 pills, twice a day. There seems to be a trend of him having them every 7-10 days, even while on the medication. He had one tonight it might have lasted 15 seconds, our daughter came and told us what was going on so we went to comfort him so I don't think the full thing happened. But now he's having trouble walking, he has a limp and he tried to go upstairs to his bed and he almost fell. He got 2 shots today as well, lepto and lyhme, so we're not sure if those might have triggered it. Any ideas? Should we get him a vaccination waiver except for rabies and whatever else is necessary?

I would take him to another vet ASAP. There may be something else going on - please have him checked.
