My puppy is having trouble after being neutered

He is about 20 weeks old. We got him neutered last week and since then he has accidents in the house like he can't hold it; however, he can hold it all night in his cage. Is he having some kind of emotional trouble or something?

Also, recently we gave his brother, who was very dominating, to relatives roughly 3 weeks ago. Could this add to his emotional issues?

My beagle experienced the same sort of thing after being neutered. His behavior overall was not so great and he stopped letting us know he needed to go outside and would have accidents around the house (but not in his crate). He went back to normal after a couple of weeks, so I just attributed it to hormonal fluctuations after the procedure.

Is he back to normal now?
