New Beagle owner(Fiance's dog...we just moved in together - though he seems to like me better than her
) Anyhow i've noticed that his nose seems to drip all the time and i had chalked it up to his constant sniffing of everything...recently though i've taken him to the dog park and he started drooling really bad...almost foaming at the mouth. my Question is this...is drippy nose normal for beagles? and can the foaming/drooly mouth simply be a sign of ehaustion and excitement? he seems fine other than sneezing from time to time.

It could be a mixture of nerves and over excitement. Be sure he has enough water at the dog park. If it continues I would contact the vet to be sure he doesn't have a respiratory problem.
