Please pray for our 11 month Beagle Ben

Hi all,

Our beloved Beagle Ben fell sick last Tuesday 31st August. He is very poorly. After various tests and treatment he is now in the surgery. He had an MRI scan and has also had a spinal fluid extraction today. One side of his brain is swollen. They think it is meningitis. The next few days are critical and we really hope he pulls through. Please pray for him and for us. We have been showering him with love, cuddles, kisses and hugs. We love our sweet puppy to bits. God gave us a little angel whose wings have been broken. Please pray that God can heal him so that he can fly once more.

I am so sorry to hear of Ben's illness. I know how heart wrenching it can be to deal with a pet being ill. You will be in my thoughts and prayers. Please keep us updated with his status.

I will do. Thank you so much. We have to be strong as he would want us to be strong for him. He is our beautiful boy and we are praying he pulls through.

Thanks Tucker. Really appreciate your support and prayers. Our little boy has a lot of people praying for him tonight. In the last few days, I have come to realise just how many people's lives he has touched and how much affection and love he has found in so many people. It's really sweet of you to comment on the picture. It was taken in Yorkshire in the daffodils, back in the spring. He had a super holiday with us and he loved all the walking through the Dales. He was in Beagle heaven. We stayed in a converted mill and he loved going on holiday for the first time. Perhaps he is dreaming about that tonight.
