I think Chloe started losing hers around that time, possibly a week before...they all wiggled and fell out really quickly (within a few weeks they were all gone! She lost her canines so fast that by the time I had looked, her adults were already growing in!). They did mention that if Chloe's teeth didn't fall out and they seemed that they would obstruct the growth of the adult teeth, that the baby teeth would need to be removed at the time of her spaying. Chloe just turned about 6 mos and has all her adult pearly whites!

6 months?!? hmm...our Hailey will be 6 month on the 9th...we got her when she was 5 months..so I don't know if her teeth were out before. I just assume they're puppy teeth cuz they're definitely sharp
![]() when asked about spaying her, our vet said he'd rather wait till her teeth were out...said by 10 months. I guess its because both the dental and spaying require her to be asleep. hmmmm.... |

You know there were a lot of teeth that came out that we didn't even see or know about falling. Can you see if their teeth are more dull and broader? They could actually have their adult teeth and you're not aware.

they def still have all their baby teeth, Dudders has an overbite so i'm always in their mouths with the toothpaste & finger brush, have been since they were 9 weeks, the vet recommended i did this just incase he does have problems when his adult teeth come, this is one of the reasons i would like his adult teeth to come so we can see if we are going to have problems, his overbite is a good 10mm
i guess i just have to wait it out =) |

wow...i'm not sure then...we took her to the vet the first day we got her from the store. I'd assume he meant they were baby teeth, when he told me I might have to wait for teeth to fall out before spaying. I was thinking maybe the store didn't feed her hard kibble, and they never had a chance to loosen up. One of those tiny teeth up front is chipped, so I assumed that's baby teeth
