Halti's & Beagles

Has anyone tried a halti on a beagle? What are ur thoughts?

Used one for 4 weeks and no longer need it as Brynn walks perfectly on a lead at 4 months old. It worked perfectly for me and would recommend it. After using it for a while you can progress and leave the collar on but remove the lead. Eventually you won't need the collar either. I'd suggest you use a slip lead with the Halti and trap the slip lead just above the Halti collar so it remains high to give you better control. Stick with it though as you won't get instant success. I used mine at obedience classes where I was shown how to use one properly

I tried it but my dog didn't like it but it may be because I introduced it too late. I'm using a car harness and for the most part it seems to work.
