HI GUYS I RECENTLY BOUGHT A BEAGLE AND NOW IT IS SIX MONTHS.I WANNA KNOW IF MY BEAGLE IS PURE BRED AS I DIDN'T GET ANY KIND OF CERTIFICATE FOR PROOF ITS PURE BEAGLE OR ANY PEDIGREE CHART ETC AND IT WAS VERY CHEAP PRICE COMPARED TO OTHER BREEDERS.MY BEAGLE ALSO DOESNT SEEM TO HOWL AS NORMAL BEAGLES

Looks all beagle to me!
Don't complain about the not howling!
I think they start when they are older.

Looks all beagle to me. It takes awhile for them to get vocal sometimes, and then you will wish it would stop!

My first beagle took 6 months to even bark once.

Cassie could bark at 8 weeks! When we got her home the first time and she came out of the crate I was taken back at the volume given her size! And she has perfected her pitch...lol

If you don't have a barker, praise the lord.

None of mine bark or howl much, except when playing or if someone comes to the door. I try to keep them from getting bored, though. I think a lot of the barking is sheer boredom.

Actually she only barks when she can't see me-we are working on getting her to be a good girl in the house so she can have more access to us.

My beagle started barking and howling at like 10 weeks too, your lucky yours is quiet :P He doesn't do it at night anymore though ( yes, I sleep now )
