try taking your pup outside with u as much as u can for walks if he dont like walks keep trying he will take to it eventually i have a beagle whos petrefied of loud noises i used to have to carry her across the bridge that runs over a hiway but my boyfriend kept walking with her over the bride now shes doing by herself no more picking her up if u are repeating what u want ur beagle to do on a daily basis they will pick i up fast when ur pup chews on things i would try to distract him with something else what does ur puppy like the most (what toy,walks,)i would also suggest buying a kids hard plastic pool put earth in it and let him go wild with it bury his favorite toys or treats in it jus for fun
