Your Avatars

It has come to my attention that there are some members out there that have no avatars, beings that they do not know how to upload, resize, create ect. or that some are just too large.

I would like to make an offer. If anyone would like to send me a picture of their beagle or whatnot, I will be happy to create an avatar for you, just like mine if you would like. Just let me know in a message.

Okay, what did I do wrong? I got the avatar (thanks Amber!!), and I thought I uploaded it correctly (I followed what the screen said) but I have that nasty little X instead of my cutie pie beagle!

I put my pic up here, save it, and it is there for a day or so. when I come back on, it is gone again and I have to put it back on again. Am I doing something wrong???
