i've been on a jello kick lately and make it with cut up fruit in there.well hubby just eats the fruit and leaves the jello in the bowl and i've given it to homer twice-is that ok for him to have?he seems to love it and it's so funny watching him push the jello around trying to get it out of the bowl.he goes nuts licking it and it just slides around on him then he tries to bite it and it just breaks up-hehe

My only thought would be the sugar content. I would think everything else would be okay. I don't have a box here to check and their website doesn't list the ingredients.

I think it's okay, only be sure there are no grapes accidentally left in Jello. They are toxic to dogs. No sugarless Jello either! Artificail sweeteners are also toxic to dogs.
As to sugar content -- just don't let him eat it all the time. I'd love to see pics of Homer trying to eat slippery Jello!! LOL Monica and Dasy

![]() I'm sure that must be really funny watching Homer trying to eat the jello. We gave Shiloh a rice cake the other day and that was the funniest thing-she just kept chewing and chewing! You'd think she was through chewing it and then she'd start smaking again. Hilarious!!

Jello is a byproduct of horses...somehow. I always consider it a meat product thereby fair game for dogs.
So a grapeless, sugarless jello on occasion don't seem that it would hurt I guess. Sounds fun to watch!
