Default Is it normal? Please help

Hello everyone! My beagle puppy is 4 months old. In the beginning, he had nothing near his genitals. His stomach was pink. But after 3 months, he started getting black spots on his belly. These are growing with age. Doctor said it may be pigmentation but it bothers me because I don't see it on any other beagle. You might find it gross but I am attaching a picture of it because that is the only way I can explain what I am talking about. Does anyone else also have this with their beagle? Do you think it's normal? When I touch it , it doesn't feel anything is wrong with his skin . Do you think he has some skin problem? Your response will be appreciated

From your pictures, it looks like normal pigmentation to me.

Looks normal to me. Molly has spots like that on her belly. Once the belly gets more hair you will probably notice it less.

Looks normal to me. Looks just like my baby's belly.

My dog has spots. She started off with snow white fur and over time got ticking spots. The belly is bare so it's very noticeable. I agree it's normal.
