I saw this on the news the other day. Was heartening to see toward the end of the news story several Beags trotting around with tails curled up over their backs and noses in obvious use!

4X6 cubicals without windows or "facilities" for those who do this kind of thing!

Now please notice the Planned Beagle Breeding Unit for Vivisection thread. I thinkit's the UK that wants to build and operate a breeding facility to supply lab beagles. (usa already have them)
