Hi. At the top of the page you will see in underlined text ; Beagle Forum : Our beagle world forums.
Click on that. Then you will see the list of topic, like beagle discussion, health and welfare etc.
Click on the topic you wish to start a thread in. Then near the top of that page you should see a square that says New Thread. I know you have to post in a few existing threads before it gives you the acess to start your own thread but you have posted a few times so that should be ok.
I hope this makes sense i am not great at explaining anything technical..
