I have to echo what the others have said. Chase is only 10 weeks old-about the puppy equal to a 6 month old human baby. Would you expect a 6 month old to go in the bathroom and use the toilet?

Fair warning-our two beagle puppies were not fully housetrained until around the 6 month mark. If you can't/won't deal with a puppy making mistakes for a few months then you might be better off finding Chase an owner who will have the time, patience and love to house train him.
