I agree. At 10 weeks he needs to be taken out more frequently. If that is difficult b/c of your schedule, you can train him to go on a wee wee pad. Its not ideal but it is better than him going on the floor.

Please remember you've only had him for 2 weeks. It can take much longer to housetrain. Depends on the dog. Our first beagle, Roscoe, learned VERY quickly. We got spoiled. When we got Cole we were in for a surprise, it took him such a long time to learn (months). Be paitient and consistent is the best advice I can offer.
