It's almost Valentine's Day, and we're here to pull at your heart strings to help save a 10 year old retired laboratory beagle whose owners dropped her off at the veterinarian this week with payment and instructions to euthanize her because the owners had lost their job and home, and could no longer care for her... She was not originally adopted from CBR, but knowing about our Lab Division, local rescues began contacting us.
Thanks to Pattie's involvement, Lovey has been bought some time - limited, but time just the same.
